Silly Butterfly
~ ~ ~ Silly Butterfly is the first butterfly I made. There will be more, but she is the first ~ ~ ~
I imagined this object during a time where, at some point in everyday, I became encased in a really bad notion, like the moment when you sense the nightmare is going to start; but that moment is the entire day, and if you want, you can watch the nightmare happening to other people on your phone.
I imagined making a little charm ~ an object to temporarily hang on to the side of myself that couldn’t be expressed at that moment ~ someone silly, playful, that didn’t need to be extra careful all day.
They are not supposed to remind you of this bad time. They are supposed to remind you of the joyful creature you are.
These necklaces are silver with small pebbles gathered from Moonstone Beach and comes with an 18” silver chain. They are roughly the size of a penny. Each arrives in a teardrop jewelry box (small). I suppose this has its own significance but… not really. It’s a good shape and will look nice on your bedside or wherever you decide to put it.
